General Policies
1. All Reservations
Should Be Requested In Writing.
2. There Is No Charge For Children Under
Two Years Old.
3. Reservations Should Be Requested By
Sending A Deposit For The First Night
Or With A Credit Card.
4. Group Reservations Should Be Made 45
Days In Advance.
Payment Policies
1. Travel Agencies
Should Make Full Pre-Payment For All Reservations, At
Least One Week Before Arrival.
Comission Shall Be Taken Off The
Rack Rates Before Making The Prepayment.
Reservations Will Be Subject To
Space Availability If Deposit Is Not Made In Stablished
Period.
2. For Group Reservations The Pre-Payment
Should Be Made 30 Days Before Arrival.
Cancellation Policies
For Individual Reservations:
1. Reservations Must Be Cancelled 72 Hours
Before Arrival Date, On The Contrary
The First Night Will Be Cherged. (No Show).
2. There Is No Reimbursement For Cancellations
Made After The Stablished Period
Of 72 Hours Before The Arrival Date.
For Group Reservations:
The Is No Reimbursement
